We are an international company looking to open our first sushi bar in Ireland.

We are searching for passionate sushi cooks/chefs.
Our company ambition is to keep all handmade high quality healthy sushi product to the customer in various countries in Europe.

We would love if you had experience in Japanese cuisine and in particular in art of sushi making but we are not too fussed as if you are willing to learn and hungry for new challenge we are more than happy to teach you!

Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
We will provide excellent training program before the opening.

Main responsibilities
Able to follow food safety procedures
· Good team player
· Understanding of product and able to follow company menu book
· Good communication skills
· Able to support new trainee
