Oulu还不收学费，以下是从oulu官网上找到的~~

Following the decree of the Finnish Ministry of Education, the University of Oulu is introducing tuition fees for non-EU and non-EEA students in English taught Master programmes starting in 2011. The amount of the tuition fee has not been decided yet.

Current students enrolled in the University of Oulu and students who start their studies in the academic year 2010 – 2011 are not charged University tuition fees.

The University of Oulu has an extensive scholarship system in place, which aims at guaranteeing full tuition coverage for at least 90 % of the fee-paying students between 2011 and 2012. Scholarships based on academic achievement will also be announced for English taught Master’s programme students starting in spring 2010.

如果收费怎么算？假如申请的时候不要学费，过一年又要学费了，到时候交还是不交。。。

2011年赫尔辛基大学和图尔库大学都是免费的  这些可以去官网查到，所谓的阿尔托大学 也只有几个专业收学费了，所占比例微乎其微，所以大家不用太害怕。

不过芬兰是挺XX的~什么世道，天堂都变地狱了！
